Once we no longer need to process your personal information for business reasons, we will either delete or anonymize it. If this isn't possible (for instance, your personal information is in backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and separate it from any further processing until we can delete it.

10. GUIDELINES FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES 

Many web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications offer a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can enable to indicate your privacy preference of not having your online browsing activities monitored and collected. However, there is currently no agreed-upon standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals. Therefore, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically conveys your choice not to be tracked online. If a universally accepted standard for online tracking is established that we need to follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

11. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Yes, if you're a resident of California, you're entitled to specific rights concerning your personal information.

California's 'Shine The Light' law, California Civil Code Section 1798.83, allows our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about the categories of personal information (if any) we have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. Over the past twelve (12) months, Creative Freedom Team Limited has not sold any personal information to third parties for business or commercial purposes. However, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for such purposes:

Your rights regarding your personal data

Right to request deletion — You can request the deletion of your personal information. Subject to certain exceptions dictated by law, we will respect your request and delete your personal information.

Verification process — We will need to verify your identity to process your request. We will use the information provided in your request to match it with information previously provided. Depending on the type of request, we may need additional information to verify your identity. Any additional information will be deleted once verification is complete.

Other privacy rights include:

·       The right to request correction of your personal data if it's incorrect or no longer relevant, or ask to limit the processing of the data.

·       The right to appoint an authorized representative to make a CCPA request on your behalf. We may reject a request from a representative who doesn't provide valid proof of authorization.

·       The right to opt out from future selling of your personal information to third parties. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will act upon it as promptly as possible, but no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of the request.

15. GOOGLE CALENDAR

User Data Policy - Creative Freedom: We access, use, store, and share Google user data for calendar-related services only, as described in our privacy policy. Data is stored securely, not shared with third parties, and users have control over their data.

Creative Freedom complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Creative Freedom use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

At Creative Freedom, we are committed to protecting the privacy and data of our users. This policy outlines how Creative Freedom accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Access: Creative Freedom may request and access Google user data through authorized Google Calendar scopes, including "See, edit, share, and permanently delete all the calendars you can access using Google Calendar," "View and edit events on all your calendars," "See, create, change, and delete events on Google calendars you own," and "See the events on Google calendars you own." This access is only used for the purpose of providing calendar-related services as described in our privacy policy.

Use: Creative Freedom uses Google user data to provide calendar-related services to our users, including scheduling and managing events, reminders, and notifications. We do not use the data for any other purpose without obtaining explicit consent from the user or as required by law.

Storage: Creative Freedom stores Google user data securely on our servers, using industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or theft. We retain the data only as long as necessary to provide the calendar-related services or as required by law.

Sharing: Creative Freedom does not share Google user data with third parties, except as required by law, with the user's explicit consent, or as necessary to provide the calendar-related services, such as sharing event invitations with other attendees. We do not sell or rent user data to any third party.

Privacy Policy: The use of Google user data by Creative Freedom is limited to what is described in this user data policy and our privacy policy. Our privacy policy provides additional information on how we collect, use, and protect user data, and it is incorporated by reference into this user data policy.

User Control: Users have control over their Google user data accessed by Creative Freedom, including the ability to revoke access or delete their data. Users can manage their preferences and permissions through their Google account settings or by contacting Creative Freedom support.
