    Imagine if you were asked to provide a hair and makeup trial for free. It's just not feasible, right? Your skill, kit, time, and energy are worth every damn penny.

    We work closely with you, personally, to ensure you're set up and using our system to its absolute best. We want you to experience the full potential of Creative Freedom, not just skim the surface with a free trial.

    A free trial wouldn't do justice to the depth and magic our system offers. We want you to have a system that can accommodate your complex business and your lovely, but demanding, clientele. We want it to feel bespoke to you.

    So here's the deal. We don't offer a free trial. Instead, we offer something better. We'll refund you 100% of your first monthly payment if Creative Freedom isn't for you. All we ask is that you fully set up your business, create your automated enquiry form, add a handful of brides, and fully immerse yourself in the system. Oh, and don't forget to reach out for help whenever you need it.

  • To set up an account with Creative Freedom, simply click any ‘sign up’ button. Follow the prompts to create your account, then choose your membership plan. Once a member you’ll begin by personalising Creative Freedom for your business and start to add your bookings.

  • Absolutely! We offer a hassle-free migration service to help you seamlessly transition from your current system to Creative Freedom. To initiate the migration process, follow these steps:

    Download your data: In your current system, locate the option to export or download your data. This may include client information, bookings, and any other relevant data you'd like to transfer.

    Add data to our spreadsheet: We provide a simple and intuitive spreadsheet where you can input your exported data. Fill in the required fields, ensuring the accuracy of the information.

    Send us the spreadsheet: Once you've completed the spreadsheet with your data, reach out to our support team. We'll guide you on how to securely upload the spreadsheet to our system.

    Sit back and relax: Our team will take care of the rest! We'll carefully process and import your data into Creative Freedom, including all your current bookings. You can trust that your information will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

    By availing our migration service, you can focus on running your business while we handle the technicalities of transferring your data. We aim to make the transition as smooth and efficient as possible, ensuring that you can hit the ground running with Creative Freedom.

  • Absolutely! Even if you're not using another system, we provide convenient options for you to get started with Creative Freedom. Here are two ways to input your data into our system:

    Copy and paste: With our spreadsheet template, you can easily copy and paste your existing data into the designated fields. This allows for a quick and seamless transfer of information. Our team will then upload this data for you, ensuring it's accurately reflected in your Creative Freedom account. This feature is included in our yearly memberships, allowing you to focus on running your business while we handle the technicalities of transferring your data.

    Quick Add Bride feature: For a streamlined process, utilise our Quick Add Bride feature. In just a few minutes, you can add a bride's details, services, and payment schedules directly within Creative Freedom. It's a hassle-free way to get started, especially if you want full control of adding your data.

    Whether you choose to copy and paste your existing data or utilise our Quick Add Bride feature, rest assured that we've designed Creative Freedom to be user-friendly and efficient. Our goal is to make the onboarding process seamless and time-saving, ensuring you can start managing your bridal business with ease.

  • Rest assured, our dedicated onboarding team is here to guide you through each step, making sure using Creative Freedom becomes second nature!

  • As a Progressive Web App (PWA), Creative Freedom requires an internet connection to operate and access all of its features. However, if you're planning to work in a venue with limited or no internet signal, you can easily prepare ahead of time. Our 'Big Day Download' feature lets you view all the key details of your booking in a single, printable document. So, you can simply print it out or take a screenshot before you head to the venue. This way, you'll have all the necessary information at your fingertips, even without internet access.

  • Your data's security is our top priority. Creative Freedom uses secure encryption technology to protect all the data you store in your account. We use AWS RDS’s AES-256 encryption to encrypt data at rest. Plus, our servers comply with high security standards to prevent unauthorised access.

  • Absolutely! Creative Freedom is designed to be mobile-friendly. You can use it on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. All you need is an internet connection, and you can access your Creative Freedom account anywhere, anytime.

  • Yes! With Creative Freedom, you can easily schedule appointments, manage your availability, and keep track of your bookings. You can also setup automated appointment reminders to your clients, making no-shows a thing of the past.

  • Our Enquiry Form feature lets potential clients submit their information and wedding details. You'll receive a notification, and all their information will be auto-populated into a new Bride Card. From there, you can manage communication, send quotes, and convert enquiries into bookings.   • Yes! You can customise your enquiry form to match your branding, including your logo and business colours. This helps maintain a consistent and professional image to your clients. Learn more here

  • WedQuarters is your bride's personal portal. Here, your clients can view and accept quotes, pay invoices, schedule trials, answer questionnaires, and even share beauty inspirations. It makes the planning process more interactive and transparent. Learn more here

  • While your brides don't need an account to initially view their quote, payment schedule and terms and conditions, once a quote is accepted, they'll be able to create a free account on Creative Freedom. This added step ensures the highest level of security and privacy for yours and their information.

    Once they've created their free account, they'll gain access to the full suite of WedQuarters features, including payment details, messaging, trial scheduling, image uploads, and much more. This seamless integration helps to keep all wedding beauty plans in one place, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of the bridal beauty planning experience. Plus, their information is kept secure and private, as we at Creative Freedom take data security very seriously.

  • Not at all! We believe in transparent pricing, there are no hidden fees for bookings made via the app.

  • Yes, Creative Freedom allows you to easily share files and images with your clients. You can upload pictures directly to the Style Notes section of the Bride Card and in the WedQuarters portal.

  • The Teams feature allows you to manage multiple artists under one account, assigning bookings and tasks. The Assistants feature enables you to share vital information with HMUAs that assist on the day.

  • Absolutely. With Creative Freedom, you can accept payments directly from your clients through the app, or by your preferred method. This makes payment processing quick, simple, and convenient for both you and your clients.

  • When accepting payments through the app, a small transaction fee applies. Stripe is our preferred method of taking online payments because of the lower fees. Stripe fees vary from country to country, see here for Stripe Pricing.

    Currently, for those based in the UK Stripe fees are 1.4% plus 20p of each transaction. We recommend reviewing Stripe's website for the most up to date information for your location.

    Additionally, and in order to accept online payments via Creative Freedom, there is an additional charge of 0.7% made by us, for application fees.

    No one likes fees and it can be tough to see less come in to your bank account than what you originally invoiced. However, processing fees are a cost of doing business that allow you and your clients to be protected with each transaction. Connecting Stripe to Creative Freedom not only provides your client a quick and easy way to pay, but it also opens the door to more automation!

  • You have complete control with Creative Freedom. Every automation can be switched off according to your preference.

  • Creative Freedom operates as a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means it isn't found in traditional app stores like the Apple App Store or Google Play. Instead, you can directly access Creative Freedom from any web browser on your mobile device or desktop, and even add it to your home screen for easy access, just like a native app.

    PWAs have several advantages over native apps:

    No installation required: You can start using the app right away, without having to wait for a download and installation process.

    Always up-to-date: As a PWA, Creative Freedom is always current with the latest updates and features, since you're accessing it directly via the web.

    Cross-platform compatibility: PWAs work seamlessly across different devices and operating systems, so you can access Creative Freedom whether you're on an Android phone, iPhone, or your desktop.

    Lower data usage: As a PWA, Creative Freedom doesn't take up storage space on your device, and it typically uses less data compared to native apps.

    By using a PWA, Creative Freedom ensures that you always have the latest features at your fingertips, without any barriers.

    You will still receive notifications, exactly as you would with a native mobile app!
